Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box

The opening moment is the product. A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside of the doors into printable space for origin, vintage, serving notes or a client message. Plan the card pocket early: it affects door alignment.

Card pockets and door alignment

A card pocket built close to the closing edge lifts that door once a card is inserted, and the two doors no longer meet evenly. We move the pocket's fixing layer away from the closing edge so the card adds no thickness at the seam. This will not show up on an empty sample. We check closure with the actual card fitted.

Board, wells and bottle separation

Build the box from 1400 g greyboard with 157 g textured facing. Use velvet-lined EVA with two separate wells, located at shoulder and base, with a divider between bottles. Two-bottle boxes should never rely on insert friction alone. The two wells hold each bottle at four points so the neck and shoulder are never unsupported.

Consistency across a run

Pantone matching, first-article approval and in-run sampling keep colour and finish consistent. Black, deep blue and burgundy are the hardest colours to hold. We match magnet strength on both doors and hold our control tolerance at plus or minus 1 mm on inserts and plus or minus 2 mm on the box body.
