Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box

Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles differ in height, shoulder, diameter and weight. A 750 ml label does not mean the same bottle shape, so we size inserts from physical samples and build the box structure around them.

Why bottle samples matter

Two bottles marked 750 ml can differ enough that an insert cut for one will not hold the next batch. We measure overall height, maximum diameter and filled weight from your physical bottle, not from stated capacity.

Four-point insert fit

The insert holds the bottle at four points with no unsupported area at the neck or shoulder. We load the bottle, shake for ten seconds and check for movement, tilt to 45 degrees and check for slide, then invert and check for release.

Board and facing stock

We use 1200 g greyboard, with 1400 g recommended for spirits, faced with 157 g or heavier specialty or coated paper. We do not use recycled greyboard, which collapses under load, or high-moisture stock, which warps.

Structure options

A rigid lid-and-base box gives a slow opening and strong ceremony for premium gifting and collecting, but it is bulky. A magnetic flip-top works for shelf display and repeated opening, with magnet position controlled to plus or minus 1 mm. A foldable rigid box feels like rigid when erected but ships flat for export and empty-box storage.

Pre-shipment checks

Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop with the bottle loaded, stacking simulation with 40 kg or more top load for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation with no internal movement. Dark facing colours like black, deep blue and burgundy carry hot-foil best.
